I’m trying to identify competitively priced architectural designers to work on small residential projects, starting in the US with some follow on work for projects in Australia. Below is a summary of the initial project and I would welcome feedback of interested designers:
Conceptual Residential Design Project - USA
Located in Maryland USA, this 1970’s rancher type residence is located on 5 acres of land which is partially wooded and mostly level. The current property is circa 1970 and approximately 2000sqft single level and although in very good order, it’s fair to say that the land, it’s aspect and location, could benefit greatly from a much newer dwelling and has the space to accommodate amenities such as tennis court, swimming pool, water features, paths and gardens. It is the owners desire to sell this property next year and to encourage buyers, they would like to prepare a design of what could be done with the property and surrounding land. The construction of this project will not likely take place and is conceptual only but needs to give prospective buyers the idea that if they purchased the property they could develop it like the conceptual design if they wanted to or had the finances. This is the project and we are looking for designers who can come up with multiple perspective views of a design that would be reasonable in the given environment. An additional desire would be to have the design encompass environmentally sound and sustainable aspects such as solar power, rain water collection, using the sun to it’s advantage with lighting, etc.
