Hello,
I am a student in the UK studying my Part 3 - Postgraduate Diploma in Architectural Practice.
We have been ask to research an overseas project and compare the Architects role to that in the UK.
If its possible would i be able to get some information which would be used in the strictest of confidence?

Who is your Clients? and who is the Architects Employer?
What type of Contracts do you have with Clients?
Who do you get paid by? How much and when?
At what stage of the project is the architect appointed?
What services does the architect provide?
What reassurances are given to the client? for example about guaranteeing project cost or programme, insurance cover for defects?

I would be most grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.

Many thanks
Neil Stephens

I think these are very confidential details for a company so nobody will respond you. Instead of this strategy develop a ethical and persuasive questionnaire

One of the best ways to get people to reply to such information is to develop a multiple answers type questionare!
